IDX Suspends 11 Companies for Missing Submitting Results


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has temporarily suspended securities trading for 11 listed companies starting August 1, 2022.

The companies are BUVA, HOTL, MAMI, RIMO, SKYB, SUGI, TDPM, TRAM, JSKY, KPAS, and SMRU.

"The suspension is imposed because the 11 listed companies have not submitted audited financial reports as of December 31, 2021 or have not paid the related fines," said IDX Service and Development for Listed Companies Division Head Saptono Adi Junarso through information disclosure on Wednesday (3/8).

Nine of these 11 companies continue their suspensions, while two are new suspensions. The IDX suspends them in the regular market and cash market.
