PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) throughout 2020 posted a net profit of Rp1.35 trillion, an increase of 1% from the realization in the same period of 2019 of Rp1.33 trillion.

Director of Puradelta Lestari Tondy Suwanto said that the company has succeeded in taking advantage of industrial land demand opportunities throughout 2020.

"We achieved steady operating income and net profit for 2020, in which 94.1% of the portion of the operating revenue was contributed by the sale of industrial land," said Tondy Suwanto in his statement in Jakarta, Wednesday (31/3).

Meanwhile, DMAS received an operating income of Rp2.63 trillion, dominated by the industrial segment reaching Rp2.48 trillion or 94.1% of total revenue. Other business segments, such as the commercial segment, contributed 3%, occupancy 2.1%, hotels 0.5%, and rental 0.3%.

Meanwhile, until December 31, 2020, the company's total assets were recorded at 6.75 trillion, 11.4% lower than the total assets at the end of 2019 of Rp7.62 trillion.  The lower assets were mainly due to a decrease in trade receivables of Rp1.05 trillion and a decrease in inventories amounting to Rp668 billion.
