IDX: 35 Companies Fail to Submit June 30 Financial Statements


Jakarta - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia said that 35 listed companies had not submitted their interim financial statements as of June 30, 2022, and had not made payments of fines for the delay until November 29, 2022.

IDX Head of Company Valuation Division I, Adi Pratomo Aryanto, announced the list of listed company names in the information disclosure on Thursday (12/1).

The listed companies are ARMY, BUVA, COWL, DUCK, ENVY, FORZ, GOLL GTBO, HOME, HOTL, JSKY, KBRI, KPAL, KPAS, KRAH, LCGP, LMAS, MABA, MAGP, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, NIRO, NUSA, PURE, RIMO, SIMA, SKYB, SUGI, TDPM, TRAM, TRIL, CPRI, RONY, PLAS, and UNIT.

"We have temporarily suspended trading in securities on the regular market and cash market since session I on 30 November 2022 for CPRI," said Adi.

Meanwhile, 34 other listed companies are suspended from trading in the regular and cash markets.
