IDX Charges 35 Companies with Sanctions on Failing to Report Interim Financial Statement


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has imposed sanctions on 35 listed companies in the form of a written warning II and a fine of Rp50 million for failing to submit interim financial reports ending June 30, 2021, until September 30, 2021 deadline.

The 35 securities companies are ARMY, BUVA, COWL, CPRI, CPRO, DART, DEAL, DUCK, ELTY, ENVY, ETWA, FORZ, GOLL, BGTO, HOME, Indonesian Embassy, ​​KPAL, KRAH, MABA, MAMI, MPRO, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, NUSA, PLAS, RIMO, SIMA, SKYB, SRIL, SUGI, TDMP, TELE, TRAM, and UNIT.

Meanwhile, the Exchange imposed a written warning sanction I to PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) for changing the plan for submitting financial reports as of June 30, 2021, to not being reviewed on a limited basis and not audited by a public accountant.

The Exchange also gave a written warning sanction I to PT Buana Lin
