IDX Fines 40 Listed Companies for Failing to Submit Financial Results on Time


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange Authority has issued a third written warning sanction and a fine of Rp150 million to 40 listed companies.

Head of IDX's Corporate Valuation Division I Adi Pratomo Aryanto said as of August 29, 2021, a number of 40 listed companies had not submitted interim financial reports ending March 31, 2021, or had not fulfilled the obligation to pay a fine of Rp50 million.

The companies include ABBA, BUVA, COWL, CPRI, CPRO, DEAL, DPUM, DUCK, ELTY, ENVY, ETWA, FORZ, GOLL, GTBO, HOME, KBRI, KPAL, KRAH, MABA, MAMI, MARI, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, NUSA.

Also, PLAS, POLI, POLL, RIMO, ROCK, RONY, SIMA, SKYB, SUGI, TDMP, TELE, TRAM, UNIT, UNSP, WOWS.

In addition to the 40 listed companies, there is one listed company, PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL), as of August 30, 2021, which has not submitted an interim financial report ending March 31, 2021, which has been reviewed on a limited basis by public accountants.
