IDX: 48 Listed Companies Fail to Submit September Financial Report


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange noted that 48 listed companies had not submitted interim financial reports as of September 30, 2021, until November 30, 2021.

"Therefore, a written first warning is imposed," said IDX Head of Corporate Valuation Division I Adi Pratomo Aryanto in information disclosure on Friday (10/12).

The 48 listed companies are ABBA, ARII, ARMY, ARTI, BCIP, BULL, BUVA, COWL, DUCK, ELTY, ENVY, EPAC, FORZ, GOLL, GPSO, GTBO, HOME, ICON, Indonesian Embassy, ​​KPAL, KPAS, KRAH, LABA, MABA, MAMI, MDIA, MEDC, MPRO, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS.

Then, NUSA, PLAS, POLU, PURE, PZZA, RIMO, SIMA, SKYB, SRILL, SUGI, TDMP, TELE, TRAM, TRIL, OFOE, UNIT, and VIVA.

The total number of listed companies is 863. Of that number, 729 listed companies that list shares must submit financial reports ending as of September 30, 2021.
