IDX Imposes 49 Companies 3rd Written Warning, Rp150 Million Fines


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange Authority has issued a written warning III and a fine of Rp150 million to 49 listed companies that have not fulfilled their obligation to submit audited financial statements ending December 31, 2021, under the specified time limit.

Rheyn Lusiana Siregar, the interim head of IDX's Corporate Valuation Division, announced the imposition of the sanctions in the information disclosure on Friday (7/8).

Meanwhile, the list of listed companies as of June 29, 2022, that has not submitted audited financial reports are ARMY, BTEL, BULL, BUVA, CARE, COWL, DUCK, ELTY, ENVY, FLMC, FORZ, GIAA, GMFI, GOLL GTBO, HOME, HOTL, INPS, JSKY, KBRI, KPAL, KPAS, KRAH, LCGP, LMAS.

Following that, MABA, MAGP, MAMI, MDIA, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, NIRO, NUSA, PLAS, POLL, PURE, RIMO, RONY, SIMA, SKYB, SMRU, SUGI, TDPM, TRAM, TRIL, UNIT, VIVA, and WOWS.
