Jakarta - PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) business entity, PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (RWA) transferred 15,500 shares of PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) or the equivalent of 20% to PT Inti Murni Kencana (IMK).

"The value of this share transfer transaction is around US$8.5 million," said ABM Corporate Secretary Rindra Donovan in the IDX's information disclosure, Friday (22/10).

According to him, with this share transfer, the involvement of other shareholders in MDB can increase synergies, share risks and collaborate more actively for shareholders to advance MDB's subsidiaries.

"This transfer of shares also does not have a material impact on operational activities, law, financial condition, and the company's business continuity," he explained.
