Jakarta - PT Ace Oldfields Tbk sets an initial public offering (IPO) price of Rp195 per share.

Based on the official publication of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository on Monday (18/10), Ace Oldfields issued 390 million units of new shares.

The company also issued 130 million series I warrants accompanying the company's new shares or about 14.40% of the total issued and fully paid shares. The exercise price for the warrants is Rp250.

The company entrusts the implementing underwriter to PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia.

The IPO plan has received an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority OJK on October 14, 2021.
