ADHI Plans Eyes Rp3.87 Trillion from Rights Issue


Jakarta - PT Adhi Karya Tbk plans to raise funds through a limited public offering II by providing preemptive rights worth Rp3.874 trillion 

Based on the company's prospectus released on Monday (10/17), ADHI issued 7.044 billion series B shares with an exercise price of Rp550 per share.

The company plans to use funds obtained from the rights issue II to be around Rp1.976 trillion for capital payments to the Implementing Business Entity, and if there is any remaining, it will use it for the Implementing Business Entity.

The main shareholder, the state, will exercise their rights by adding state capital participation of Rp1.976 trillion.

A maximum of about 66.42% will dilute shareholders who do not exercise their preemptive rights.
