PKPK Offers Rights of 600 Million Shares to Support Acquisition Plan
Jakarta - PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk (PKPK) plans to increase its capital with preemptive rights of 600 million shares, or 100% of the issued and fully paid capital.
If new shares are not subscribed, then PT Deli Pratama Batubara (DPB), as the controlling shareholder, will take shares of a maximum of Rp5 billion, which will be paid in cash.
The company will use the proceeds from the rights issue will acquire 99.94% or 9,994 million PT Bhakti Harapan Sejahtera (BHS) and the rest to meet working capital needs.
The acquisition of shares will be done through asset input to the new business by DPB.
BHS has a business entity engaged in coal mining still in the greenfield stage, PT Tri Oetama Persana (TOP).
