Jakarta - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) decided to distribute cash dividends for the 2021 fiscal year of Rp930.87 billion.

"The cash dividend amount is equal to 50% of the company's net profit for 2021," Antam Corporate Secretary Syarif Faisal Alkadrie said on Tuesday (5/24).

Meanwhile, the remaining net income, or the other half of the profit, is recorded as retained earnings.

In 2021, Antam posted a profit for the year attributable to entity owners of Rp1.86 trillion, growing 40.4% from the previous year of Rp1.14 trillion.

The annual GMS also reappointed Gumilar Rusliwa Somantri and Anang Sri Kusuwardono as Independent Commissioners of Antam.
