As of August, Lippo Karawaci Bags Pre-sales Rp3.1 Trillion


Jakarta - Until August 2021, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR)'s pre-sales reached Rp3.1 trillion, supported by the launch of affordable landed housing products in Lippo Village.

Lippo Karawaci Chief Executive Officer John Riady said the growth of pre-sales in Semester I-2021 supported the increase in revenue performance, which grew by 122% YoY.

"Performance in Quarter III-2021 will continue to show positive performance supported by increased performance in the first half of this year," he said in his statement on Thursday (14/10).

According to John, the company has raised its pre-sales target for 2021 to Rp 4.2 trillion from the previous target of Rp 3.5 trillion.

"This figure is up by 20% compared to the target set at the beginning of 2021. If the target is achieved, pre-sales in 2021 will increase by 7% YoY compared to pre-sales in 2020 of Rp. 2.67 trillion," he explained.
