The main principle of PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR), Fuji Xerox Co Ltd, officially bears a new name as FujiFilm Business Innovation Corp, which will be effective since April 1, 2021.

Changing the company name does not change FujiFulm Business Innovation Corp's legal entity, and without changing the company's exclusivity status as the sole distributor.

"In connection with the name change, there is a transition period in which the company will continue to market products under the Fuji Xerox brand and will begin marketing products under the FujiFilm brand in parallel," said ASGR Corporate Secretary Melinda Pudjo in the IDX disclosure, on Monday (5/4 ).

He added that the company will still be appointed as the exclusive distributor and will follow the marketing policies and new product introductions that FujiFilm Business Innovation Corp. will set in the future.
