Jakarta - PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) will distribute interim cash dividends of Rp11 per share or a total of Rp53.02 billion.

Based on the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (1/10), this plan followed the board of directors' decision, which the board approved of Commissioners on September 30, 2021.

"The company distributes interim dividends for the financial year ending December 31, 2021, which has been decided at the company's Board of Directors meeting on September 28, and has obtained approval from the company's Board of Commissioners on September 30, 2021," said Astra Otoparts Director Wanny Wijaya on Friday (1/01).

The dividend distribution refers to financial data as of June 30, 2021.

In that period, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk recorded a net profit attributable to the parent company of Rp267.06 billion.
