Jakarta - PT Astra Sedaya Finance is offering coupons for its third phase of sustainable bonds in 2021, ranging from 3.75 to 5.30%.

The company's brief prospectus published on Tuesday (5/10) showed that the bonds issued in phase III amounted to Rp2 trillion, which is part of the target of funds collected in the program for sustainable bonds V to reach Rp10 trillion.

The company offers the Phase III bonds in two series, series A worth Rp540.940 billion with a coupon of 3.75% and a tenor of 370 days, and series B worth Rp1.459 trillion with a coupon of 5.30% and a tenor of 36 months.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the bond issuance for working capital for consumer financing in connection with business activities.

In the context of this bond sale program, Astra Sedaya has obtained a rating from Pefindo, namely 'AAA'.
