Jakarta - PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) has signed a memorandum of understanding with PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (PIM) and PT Energi Mega Persada Tb (ENRG) for the development plan for the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Arun Lhokseumawe, Aceh.

"According to the agreement in the MoU, BNBR will study the regional development plan of the SEZ Arun Lhokseumawe, including to support the development of infrastructure for the SEZ industry, and study other investment plans related to the SEZ, "said BNBR Director Hendrajanto Marta Sakti in information disclosure in Jakarta on Friday (4/1).

In the memorandum of understanding, PIM will provide land in the Iskandar Muda Industrial Area, a special economic zone (SEZ) in Arun, Aceh, for future business development by PIM, BNBR, and ENRG.
