Jakarta - PT Bank Bumi Arta Tbk (BNBA) plans to increase its capital with Pre-emptive Rights I as much as 750 million shares or 32.47% of the company's paid-up capital.

The brief prospectus published on Thursday (16/9) stated that the bank intends to carry out and complete the additional capital by granting Preemptive Rights within a period deemed good by the company, taking into account the obligation to fulfill a minimum core capital of Rp2 trillion no later than December 31, 2021.
