Jakarta - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk made an additional share capital investment in PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) worth Rp2.75 trillion.

"The additional capital was carried out in the context of exercising the right to increase capital with BSI's pre-emptive rights," said Bank Mandiri Senior VP Rudi As Tataridha, quoted in a lot of information on Wednesday (12/21).

In addition, this additional capital investment can support BSI's business and operational activities as part of the Mandiri Group engaged in Islamic finance.
