The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk set a dividend payout ratio for the 2020 fiscal year of around 60% or Rp10.272 trillion of the year's net profit of around Rp17.12 trillion.

"Thus, the earnings per share dividend is around Rp220 per share," said the President Director of Bank Mandiri, Darmawan Junaidi in a virtual press conference, on Monday (15/3).

He added that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved 40% of the year's profit for retained earnings.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders also appointed Timothy Utama to become Director of Information Technology, replacing Rico Usthavia Frans and Muhammad Yusuf as Commissioners replacing Ardan Adipradana, who had expired his term of office.
