Jakarta - PT Bank Mandiri Taspen (Mantap) posted a net profit attributable to owners for the January-September 2021 period of around Rp467.310 billion, up 43.65% from the same period last year of Rp325.299 billion.

Based on the financial report published Friday on (29/10), the increase in net profit was supported by strengthening net interest and sharia income and net premium income by 56.44% to Rp1.868 trillion from Rp1.194 trillion.

Operating profit also grew by around 54.69% to Rp709.948 billion from Rp458.935 billion.

However, operating expenses other than net interest jumped by 57.68% from Rp735 billion to Rp1.159 trillion.

As of the period ending September this year, Bank Mantab's total assets were at Rp. 43.777 trillion, with liabilities of Rp39.909 trillion and equity of Rp3.867 trillion.
