Jakarta - PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) received a placement of funds in the form of a capital injection of Rp893.558 billion from the last controlling shareholder on December 29, 2022.

In detail, the amount of paid-up capital consists of Rp299.450 billion worth of placements through PT Mayapada Karunia and Rp594.108 billion worth of placements through PT Mayapada Kasih.

"The placement of these funds is to strengthen the company's capital structure," said Deputy Main Director of MAYA Thomas Arifin in an information disclosure on Tuesday (1/3).
