Bank Victoria Eyes Rp768 Billion from Rights Issue


Jakarta - PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) plans to raise funds through additional capital with pre-emptive rights worth Rp768.091 billion.

Based on the company's brief prospectus published on Monday (10/24), Bank Victoria plans to issue 4.955 billion shares or 27.54% of the issued and fully paid capital after the rights issue.

The price range for rights issue VII is around Rp130-155 per share, so the estimated amount of funds obtained is about Rp644.205–Rp768.091 billion.

PT Victoria Investama Tbk (VICO), the main and controlling shareholder who owns 5.413 billion shares with a portion of 2.057 billion rights, will exercise all or part of the rights it owns.

Along with rights issue VII, Bank Victoria issued approximately 4.542 billion series VII warrants or 34.83%. The exercise price for warrants is around Rp100-150 per warrant.

Thus, the company will receive funds from the warrants in the range of Rp454.247-681.3
