Jakarta - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) provided loan facilities to its subsidiaries, PT Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi (MEPTS) and PT Medco E&P Malacca (MEMP), with a total amount of US$75 million.

Medco's Corporate Secretary, Siendy K Wisandana, detailed that MEMPTS obtained a loan of US$60 million and MEMP of US$15 million.

"The funds given to MEMPTS and MEMP are used to pay off loans to creditors," said Siendy through the company's information disclosure on Monday (10/1).

He emphasized that the provision of funds to corporate entities would not interfere with the company's operations, as well as the business continuity of the issuer.
