Jakarta - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) made pre-sales of Rp6.7 trillion in the third quarter of 2022.

According to BSDE Director Hermawan Wijaya, the pre-sale value is equivalent to 87% of the annual target set at Rp7.7 trillion by the members of the leading developer, Sinar Mas Land.

"This achievement is on-track with the previously set targets," said Hermawan in a press release on Monday (10/24).

According to Hermawan, the achievement in this quarter is better than last year's. Compared to the accomplishments of the same period the previous year, there was a growth of 11%.

"This positive trend is expected to continue until the end of December 2022," he continued.

Residential pre-sales were recorded at Rp3.9 trillion, contributing 58% to the total achieved, while commercial pre-sales, including commercial land plots, apartments (strata title), and shop houses, reached Rp1.9 trillion, representing a 28% co
