Jakarta - PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantation Tbk (UNSP) managed to achieve a net profit attributable to owners for the January-September 2022 period of Rp 202.968 billion, a turnaround from the same period last year which lost Rp 44.627 billion.

The company's financial report released on Wednesday (11/30) showed a low cost of goods sold of around 25.53% to Rp1.656 trillion from Rp2.224 trillion, supporting the company's performance to make a profit.

The selling expenses rate was also reduced by around three times, from Rp79.106 billion to Rp27.576 billion.

Financial expenses also shrank about two times to Rp123.648 billion from Rp223.684 billion.

Unfortunately, net sales shrank by around 24.87% to Rp2.162 trillion from Rp2.878 trillion.
