Jakarta - PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) plans to acquire a 99.9% stake in PT Berkah Global Development (BGD).

According to BEBS President Director Hasan Muldhani, BEBS will diversify its business through this transaction. BEBS has the potential to receive contracts related to implementing infrastructure development in Indonesia.

"The acquisition of the subsidiary is also a step to diversify the company's business and to strengthen its business strategy in the infrastructure sector. This is in accordance with BEBS' vision, which is to become the best global company in the integrated infrastructure supporting industry," Hasan said through a press release, Monday (10/1).

He added that with the acquisition of this contractor service company, the company continues to realize its vision of becoming an integrated infrastructure company while increasing efficiency and net profit ratios to boost its profit potential consistently.
