Jakarta - Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd has increased its share ownership in PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) to 73.34% from the original 62.38%.

"The completion of the voluntary tender offer has been carried out on August 3, 2022," said TBIG Director Helmy Yusman Santoso in information disclosure on Friday (8/5).

Furthermore, there was no change in control as a result of the voluntary tender for the shares.
