PMN Ovffers Rp1 Trillion Bonds with 4.10 to 5.85% Coupons


Jakarta - PT Permodalan Nasional Madani is offering coupons for its V phase I 2022 sustainable bonds ranging from 4.10 to 5.85%.

Based on the prospectus issued Monday (8/1), the number of bonds issued in the first phase is worth Rp1 trillion. The target of funds raised from the sustainable bonds V program is Rp10 trillion.

In the first phase, the bonds were offered in two series, Series A of Rp884 billion with a coupon of 4.10% with a tenor of 370 days, and Series B of Rp116 billion with a coupon of 5.85% and a tenor of 3 years.

The company will use funds from the public offering of bonds entirely for working capital channeled to MSME financing.

To issue bonds and sukuk ijarah, the company has obtained a rating from Fitch Ratings,  AA.

The company appointed PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas and PT Mandiri Sekuritas as underwriters. The trustee is PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA).
