Jakarta - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk has officially become the Ultra Micro Holding with PT Pegadaian and PT Permodalan Nasional Madani or PNM being its members.

This is in line with the signing of the Inbreng Deed of government shares in Pegadaian and PNM as state capital participation to BRI as the holding parent.

SOE Minister Erick Thohir said the signing of this share capital participation deed was a milestone for establishing Ultra Micro Holding, which has a people's economic vision.

"I am grateful for the commitment of the three SOEs to realize Ultra Micro Holding and this is a momentum for the revival of the national economy through the creation of new jobs and employment," during the signing of the online share capital participation deed  in Jakarta on Monday (13/9).
