Jakarta - PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk (RMBA) announced British American Tobacco (2009 PCA) Limited (BAT) officially had 99.94% or 36.380 billion from all shares of the company.

BAT increased its stake in the company by purchasing up to 2.717 billion shares or 7.46% of all RMBA shares placed and paid.

"Transactions are carried out on December 9, 2021, at a price of Rp1,000 per share," the company said in the disclosure of information submitted to the IDX on Wednesday (15/12).

Previously, the BAT had directly 33,662 billion shares or representing 92.48% of RMBA shares.
