Jakarta - PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK) business entity, PT Baja Titian Utama, received a credit facility from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk worth Rp1.73 trillion.

President Director of Bukaka Irsal Kamarudin said that Baja Titian Utama would use this loan facility to carry out work on the Callender Hamilton bridge project on the island of Java.

"With this credit facility, it can provide more value for the company's financial condition," said the company on Wednesday (4/6) in an information disclosure in Jakarta.

Meanwhile, Bukaka will act as a guarantor to repay Baja Titian Utama's credit, including being a cashflow deficit guarantor and providing a pledge for the company's share ownership in Baja Titian Utama.
