Jakarta - PT Bukalapak Tbk (BUKA) acquired a startup company, PT Learning to Grow Sharing (BTB), for up to 100% or 11,340 shares.

According to Bukalapak's Head of Media & Communication, Fairuza Ahmad, BUKA bought BTB shares from PT Kolaborasi Kreasi Investa (KKI) and PT Bina Unggul Kencana (BUK) on November 4, 2021.

"The value of the PTB share sale and purchase agreement is US$1 billion," Fairuza said in information disclosure on Thursday (3/24).

He emphasized that this acquisition transaction did not directly impact Bukalapak's operational activities or business continuity.

BTB is a startup company that provides business learning services to customers.
