Jakarta - PT Bukalapak Tbk (BUKA) until the end of the first semester of 2021 recorded a loss for the year attributable to owners of the parent company of Rp762.90 billion, or a decrease compared to a loss in the same period the previous year which reached Rp1.02 trillion.

Based on BUKA's financial report released Wednesday (1/9), the company's ability to suppress the decline in losses was supported by an increase in net income of around 34.67% to Rp863.62 billion compared to the same period in 2020 of Rp641.28 billion.

BUKA also managed to increase its financial income by around 7.41% to Rp10.04 billion from Rp9.35 billion.

Meanwhile, the total assets of BUKA until the period ending June 2021 are Rp. 4.04 trillion with liabilities of Rp. 1.037 trillion and equity of Rp. 3.016 trillion.
