Jakarta - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) obtained a working capital credit facility from PT Bank Mandiri worth Rp2.5 trillion.

"The tenor of this loan is up to 60 months from the signing on December 12, 2022," said BSDE Director Hermawan Wijaya in information disclosure on Thursday (12/15).

He added this loan facility would be used for working capital to support the company's operational activities.

"With the availability of credit facilities, the company has wider space in utilizing the allocated funds for the company's operational activities," he said.

This credit facility is guaranteed by the company's land and building collateral.
