IDX Warns DPUM, MYRX, TRIO, BUVA Shares of Potential Delisting from Bourse


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange warned of the potential for delisting of shares of PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk (DPUM), PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX), PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk (TRIO), and PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) .

Meanwhile, the suspension period for DPUM and BUVA shares has been extended to 12 months on July 16, 2022, MYRX shares to 30 months on the same date, and TRIO shares to 24 months on July 17, 2022.

Based on the provisions of III.3.1.2 Stock Exchange Regulation No: I-I concerning the Delisting and Relisting of Shares on the Exchange, the shares of listed companies due to suspension in the regular and cash markets are only traded in the negotiated market for at least 24 months.

As of June 30, 2022, MYRX's shareholders are PT Asabri with 10.85% and the public with 89.15%.

Meanwhile, as of June 30, 2022, DPUM's shareholders included 47.47% PT Pandawa Putra Investama, 13.07%, and 9.26% UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, 29.95
