Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has temporarily suspended trading of PT Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk (BMSR) securities starting from session 1 on June 10, 2022.

"The IDX took this step in connection with the significant cumulative price increase in BMSR's shares. As a result, the Exchange considers it necessary to suspend BMSR shares in the regular market and cash market," said IDX Transaction Supervision Division Head Lidia M. Panjaitan in information disclosure on Friday (6/10).

The suspension is implemented to give market participants enough time to consider their investment decisions in BSMR shares carefully.

He appealed to interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company.
