Jakarta - PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) has completed the acquisition of 999 shares owned by PT Epid Menara HoldCo (EMH) in PT Epid Menara AssetCo (Epid) on March 16, 2022.

Meanwhile, PT Centratama Menara Indonesia (CMI) bought one share owned by Epid Holdings in Epid.

"The sale and purchase of shares were carried out at a price of Rp35,850,000 per share or a total of Rp35,850,000,000," the company stated in its information disclosure on Thursday (3/17).

Epid's authorized, issued, and paid-up capital has been increased. The increase in the issued and paid-up capital was through the issuance of 139,775 new shares with a par value of Rp14,300,000, and CMI subscribed to all of them.

CMI subscribed to new shares in Epid with a deposit price of Rp35,850,000 per share, for a total of Rp5,010,933,750,000.
