Connery Asia Limited has sold 826.380 million shares or 5.64% in PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL).

"The transaction will be carried out on June 17, 2021, at a price of  Rp680 per share," said Director of Multipolar Agus Arismunandar in the IDX information disclosure, Tuesday (29/6).

After the transaction, Connery now owns 873.62 million shares or 5.97% of Multipolar's shares from 1.7 billion shares or 11.61%.

On June 7, 2021, Connery purchased 1.05 billion Multipolar shares or 7.2% for Rp555. Thus, Connery controls 1.7 billion shares or 11.61% from the previous 650 million shares or 4.4%.

Based on the official Multipolar website, the composition of shareholders as of May 31, 2021, is PT Inti Anugerah Pratama with 78.08% and the public 21.92%.
