Jakarta - Credit Suisse AG Singapore Branch S/A Bright Ventures Pte Ltd has released 2.02 billion shares of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) or 9.57%.

"We do not know the date, price, and purpose of the share sale transaction," said BNBR Director RA Sri Dharmayanti in information disclosure in Jakarta on Tuesday (5/24).

He also stated that the company completed the share purchase and sale transaction with PT Biofuel Indo Sumatra. Thus, Biofuel owns 2.57 billion shares (12.16%) of the previous 548.55 million shares.
