Jakarta - Daley Capital Limited and PT Biofuel Indo Sumatra sold 300 million and 43.970 million shares of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR).

"We do not know the date, price, and purpose of the transaction," said BNBR Corporate Secretary Christofer Alexander Uktoseja in an information disclosure on Monday (11/7).

Thus, Delay Capital's current ownership is 1.448 billion shares or 6.85% from 1.748 billion shares or 8.26%.

Meanwhile, Biofuel now owns 2.529 billion shares of BNBR or 11.95% of the 2.573 billion shares or 12.16%.
