PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) and PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy plan to offer shares through an initial public offering (IPO) this year.

Deputy Minister of BUMN I Kartika Wirjaatmodjo revealed in his document presented at the Mandiri Mandiri Investment Management Outlook 2021 event, held virtually on Wednesday (10/3).

Apart from Mitratel and Pertamina Geothermal, the government plans to offer PT Pertamina IHC in 2022 and PT Wika Realty in 2023.

Along with the IPOs plan, several state-owned companies also plan to increase capital through pre-emptive rights or rights issues, such as Bank Syariah Indonesia this year, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) in 2022.
