Jakarta - PT Deli Pratama Batubara has completed the purchase of 297.383 million shares, representing 49.56% of all issued and fully paid shares in PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk (PKPK).

Director of Deli Pratama, Haryanto Sofian, said in a statement in the IDX information disclosure on Monday (27/9).

"The purchase price is Rp60 per share, so the total share purchase price is Rp17,384 million," said Haryanto.
