Jakarta - PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), through its subsidiary PT Duta Buana Permata (DBP), will purchase 35% of the shares of PT Dirgantara Yudha Artha with a transaction value of Rp256.5 billion.
