Jakarta - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) business entity, PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati (SKS), has signed a loan facility agreement with PT Bank Mega Tbk with a ceiling of Rp256 billion.

"This credit facility consists of an investment loan of Rp. 156 billion with a tenor of 96 months and a working capital loan of Rp100 billion with a tenor of 120 months," said DSSA Corporate Secretary Susan Chandra in information disclosure on the IDX on Tuesday (14/9).

She added that the company would use the credit facility to support SKS working capital.

With this credit facility, the company's debt-to-equity ratio increased by around 1%.
