Jakarta - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) obtained a financing loan facility from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur with a ceiling of up to US$23.4 million.

"The term of the loan is 4 years and 9 months and this facility is guaranteed by the company's assets," said DSSA Corporate Secretary Susan Chandra through the IDX information disclosure on Friday (27/8).

Furthermore, this facility will be used, among others, for the development of the company's business and business entities.

"With this financing facility, the company's debt-to-equity ratio will increase by around 1%," she said.
