Jakarta - PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) continues to expand by establishing a new subsidiary.

"In order to support business activities, we established a new subsidiary, namely PT Niji Sicepat Gamindo on September 13, 2021," said Director of Digital Mediatama Maxima Budiasto Kusuma in information disclosure on Thursday (16/9).

Currently, DMMX owns a 40% stake in PT Niji Sicepat Gamindo. In addition to establishing a new subsidiary, the company increased its capital ownership in another subsidiary, PT Energi Always Baru (ESB).

According to Budiasto, EBS has issued new shares so that the company's capital will also increase 5% to 15,000 shares.

"EBS issued new shares and increased paid-in capital so that the company's share ownership increased by 15,000 shares worth Rp1.5 billion," he said.
