Jakarta - PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) increased its share ownership in PT Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia to 6.11%.

DMMX purchased 1,071,000 shares of Sicepat. Thus, DMMX controlled 470,301,200 shares (6.11%) from the previous 469,230,200 shares (6.10%).

"The share purchase transaction will be carried out from November 2 to November 10, 2021," said DMMX President Director Budiasto Kusuma in information disclosure on Monday (15/11).

The value of this share purchase transaction is carried out as an investment.
