Djasa Ubersakti targets to acquire Rp330 Billion New Contracts This Year


PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk (PTDU) targets to acquire new contracts this year to reach Rp330 billion this year.

"As of March 26, 2021, the achievement of new contracts has reached around 20.21%," said the management report to the Stock Exchange on Monday (29/3).

The company expects to complete some of the company's projects this year, including the Royal Paradise Apartment with a contract value of Rp48.159 billion, the reconstruction of the Palu State Islamic University building of Rp93.266 billion, the revitalization of the type A Banjar terminal worth Rp55.898 billion.

Then, the Patria Blitar type A passenger terminal's revitalization with a contract value of around Rp.65 billion and the National Police forensic laboratory construction project of Rp.66.7 billion.

In 2020, the company posted a decrease in revenue of around 59.83% to Rp48.7 billion from the same period the previous year, Rp121.3 billion.

The cause is the general economic condition due to the Covid-19 pandemic so that the construction sector has not made any movement, especially the building sector.

In line with the decline in revenue, net profit decreased by around 1.85% to Rp2.97 billion from Rp3.03 billion.

The company's total assets were recorded at Rp231.30 billion, consisting of Rp141.425 billion of liabilities and Rp89.88 billion in equity.
