Jakarta - PT Ekaputri Mandiri announced the sale of 81.90 million shares of PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (RANC) on September 30, 2021.

"The purpose of this share sale transaction is for investment," said Corporate Secretary Ekaputri Grace Dewi Brasali in a report to the IDX's information disclosure on Thursday (7/10).

The report said that the selling price of the shares was Rp2,550, which was carried out directly by the company.

Thus, Ekaputri's total shareholding in RANC became 36.36 million shares from 118.27 million shares.
